APRIL 19
Good Friday
Breakfast at 8½. Off at 9 to the Schlosskirche (Holy Communion. Returned at 11.
Went out with Wilhelmine. Gretchen still in bed with headache, but got up for Luncheon.
Victoria & Louis left after Luncheon. Then Papa, Ernie, Abby & I went to the Prince Emil's Garden. Picked violets tc, looked at the house. —

APRIL 20
Saturday
Lunched at 1. Then off to Mainz (Blumenausstellung). Received beautiful Bouquets. There have lovely flowers, especially Orchids. —

APRIL 21
Easter Sunday
Breakfast at 9. To the Schlosskirche at 10. (Put off mourning now)
Family Luncheon.
Ernie, Gretchen & I went in the Garden & took the squirrel with us. Seesaw — pas de géant. tc.

Heard that poor Pfr. Sell's eldest daughter had died of Diptheria.
Wrote to him.
Sent wreath. —
